@robertstancer4469

A view from the UK. Thankyou sir. You are the first American reviewer of this car that explains, properly, why the Grenadier has this type of steering mechanism. Ineos has tried and continues to try to inform people that this vehicle IS NOT a 'let's pretend' offroad vehicle., it's a proper one. But there are still some people out there in Yankee land that think they can slip out of a suburban 4 door and slip into a Grenadier and think driving it will feel exactly the same. For those like us that know 'Offroad vehicles' A ladder chassis, solid front and rear axles, 3 permutations of diff-lock, pre-wired plugs all over etc., etc., tell us straight away what we are looking at.

@Rafael-z3m7k

That’s the pickup that Jeep should have built and named it the Comanche

@bogo1992

Have 4500 miles on my Grenadier wagon. Steering is definitely odd at first but after some time I found myself struggling to drive a rack and pinion system again. The recirculating ball steering system wants the driver to control every movement of the turn, so going to rack and pinion I find myself fighting the self correction. Not saying better or worse just a heads up if you intend to buy an Ineos.

@BryanPike

The funny thing is the Edmunds Car review was complaining about how squirrelly the steering was on the road. Problem with car reviewers trying to review a purpose built 4x4. Looks like you had some serious fun.

@2151abell

Very Nice....and not just the same old same old ! NICE Steve !

@volvo09

Man that looks great as a truck!

@RidersInBlack

Great review guys always cool to see a brand new car maker and line of trucks enter the market. Although these are for affluent buyers who seek adventure, I'm glad it exists because it looks like an amazing vehicle. I'm going to keep playing the lottery so I can pick my colour 😊

@RonnN-gf8tm

Great video. I still say Steves truck is better. 85' Chev square body!! Right On Truck King!!! You guys still rock!!

@tommyg.6820

Steve, you beat your pals at TFL to the driving impressions. Maybe Canada doesn't have the same embargo on reviews as the US. Great review, as always.

@rightlanehog3151

Stephen, With no 25% Chicken Tax to pay in our free-trade-loving market, it looks like Ineos asked Toyota Canada to set 'fair' prices for Canucks. 😉

@RedHawkish

congrats on being able to do driving impressions before every other channel

@Mursedave

The truck and the SUV Grenadier both look amazing to me 🤠

@pimpmafuqa

I'd never own one, but I like the driver controls being actual buttons and knobs and dials compared to a lot of companies going harder into screen controls because it's a lot cheaper.

@gregferris9378

I'm surprised you didn't mention that BMW shift lever. I hope the company makes a go of it.

@Mclarenf20

I hope you guys get to test this at home. Would love to see how it handles the left hook!

@chuckmuellerleile8729

Living in northern Minnesota would be challenging for me for parts and service....at least until warranty expires and I fix it myself

@Mursedave

Great video sir! Looks like a fun pickup!

@hectorpena5194

This is how a man’s truck supposed to look,
Land Rover is going to Regret not doing this 😂

@billwaterhouse5894

Here is my opinion Steve…great video, very cool vehicle. Unfortunately, priced WAY outside what’s affordable to the average off-road enthusiast.

@ZenEndurance

Switch gear is insanely cool. But nothing beats the rear seat room of a full size truck.
