@24:05, that's a second nerf to Invoker's Lightning build in 11days since EA, and I disagree with you this one. The damage buff sucks cause if your lightning dmg kills enemy, corpses can't be electrocuted, so monks can't get power charges with Combat Frenzy + Resonance (passive skill tree) that easily anymore, and so forth you need more dmg reduction supports to Herald of thunder to get the electrocute proc with Combat Frenzy, I get it, they wanted to nerf Sorcs but they actually nerfed monks even more.
