I was lucky enough to be asked to photograph the Swedish military doing some practise shooting. I shot this slow motion video of the Carl Gustaf GRG m/48 recoilless anti-tank, grenade rifle being fired. This projectile travels at 290 m/s (950 ft/s) so is just inside the sub-sonic range. Still it was pretty lucky to capture the grenade with the camera (Sony A9), ustilising its 1/32,000th electronic shutter and 1/160th stacked sensor scanning speed.
