Full North loop on the Wambaw OHV cycle trail. The YZ250 Woods Beast is battered but not bruised by all the huge whoop-do-dos. Dry conditions make for a tough ride, but a fantastic workout.

The Wambaw Cycle Trail OHV is in the Francis Marion National Forest. $5 a day or $50 a year to ride. The $50 annual pass also allows you to ride three different trail systems in the Sumter National Forest. I record these videos to enable me to visualize the ride. Visualization is an excellent tool to train your body when you can't actually perform a physical event. Used as a training tool by Olympic and professional athletes for decades, watching an activity can be a tremendous enhancement to actual practice.
