Former President Joe Biden on Thursday joined “The View” where he admitted he was unsurprised by the results of the 2024 election.

Biden exited the election in favor of allowing former Vice President Kamala Harris to receive the Democratic nomination. She lost decisively to President Donald Trump who took the popular vote and electoral vote, including all seven swing states.

“I wasn’t surprised, not because I didn’t think the vice president wasn’t the most qualified person to be president,” he said. “She is, she’s qualified to be president of the United States of America.”
