FASTER WITH FRIENDS! 2ND FASTEST ENOREE, APRIL 18, 2025. RIDING WITH SCRIDER83 FROM THUMPERTALK!

135 13________

Whew! Riding with someone faster than you can sure step up your game! I only knew Bill as SCRider83 on the Thumpertalk.com forum, and from a few comments on my videos. We both had time to ride on April 18 and met up at Enoree. Following a faster rider gives you a closeup view of what's possible, and then you can see if you can make it possible for you! Got my second fastest time on 512E and 3rd fastest on 512C. As always, dirt bike people are the best. Bill is a great guy, and I'm sure we'll have a lot of rides together in the future.

Season pass ($50) can be used at three national forests in SC: Enoree OHV Trail on the Enoree; Wambaw Cycle Trail on the Francis Marion; and Parsons Mountain and Cedar Springs OHV Trails on the Long Cane. Day pass ($5) is only good for Enoree OHV.

Go online and purchase a daily or season pass here: www.recreation.gov/activitypass/dd3992e4-de6f-11ea…

Conditions permitting, the Enoree OHV trail normally opens the last Friday in March and closes the first Monday after January 1. Trail conditions change frequently. Before your visit, please call the "Call Before You Haul Hotline" at 803-561-4025 for the latest trail conditions and weather closures! The Enoree OHV Trail has a wet weather closure policy in place—trails will be closed quickly to prevent resource damage from riding on wet trails.

Fees: $5/OHV/day, or $50/person/season (seasonal passes may be used only by the individual to whom the pass is issued). Volunteers who contribute to forest-certified trail outings may be issued a complimentary yearly pass.

VIDEO INFORMATION
** Gauges added by using GARMIN VIRB Edit software, a free video editor from Garmin that works with any video, any GPS that can provide FIT files, and any heart rate monitor **

I record these videos to enable me to visualize the ride. Visualization is an excellent tool to train your body when you can't actually perform a physical event. Used as a training tool by Olympic and professional athletes for decades, watching an activity can be a tremendous enhancement to actual practice.

If you can't make it out to the Trail in person, watch these videos to prime your brain for your next ride. Watch it before you go and you just might be amazed by how much faster you ride. Enjoy! :-)
