hello friends! welcome bacc to a little recap of moments between october and november - all footage i thought wouldn't go exactly well apart, so i decided to post this even if in a longer video. it does have more chats than usual, so that's partly why! a lot of new changes and frustrations were coming up.
i talk a little about how i cope with my mental health and starting fresh in the internal medicine rotation. ive also adapted a new routine of running, but still fall back into my habits of lingering around the city working sometimes until dinner. i hope you enjoy!! despite all challenges, i've been having a very cozy time, seeing the world turn brown and cold has been makes me very grateful. :)
