Deep Work: The Key to Time Management and 4 Strategies for Fulfillment
Cal Newport, the author of Deep Work, dubs it "an increasingly rare skill but simultaneously an increasingly valuable skill." With it being the key to time management, I explain his 4 strategies to fulfill our deep work pursuits: rhythmic, bimodal, journalistic, and monastic (ordered least difficult to most difficult for me). This video is for you if there are many self improvement activities you want to partake in while having a full time job or being a college student. From my experience as a college student, it has been assisting me in managing my time effectively, as well as maximizing my productivity and focus. Adopting one of the four strategies will help you make significant progress towards your goals, no doubt in mind. I just hope that by the end of this video you'll have a clear understanding of what deep work is, why it's essential, and how to incorporate it into your life as a habit. We will master the art of deep work one day, but it all starts by recognizing this: anything worth it is never easy.
