As the war in Israel has unfolded over the last 40 days, a lot of us have been wondering what impact this has on the date of the rapture. Of course, nothing that happens to Israel takes God by surprise, as He sees the end from the beginning, so the actual rapture date hasn't changed, even if our guesses at it will change depending on the season we are in.

Where I am at, is that because I am following the theme of the barren fig tree parable on this channel, I am convinced that the rapture has to happen before May 14, 2028, which is the 80th year spoken of in Psalm 90:10. But the barren fig tree parable speaks of a 4-year window after which the fig tree will be cut down. There are 20 such 4-year windows in the 80 years between 1948 and 2028. The 19th 4-year window ends on May 13, 2024. Funnily enough, that is also Iyar 5 this year, so the Jewish and Roman calendars more or less coincide this year, probably because the Jewish calendar goes on a 19-year cycle.

So there you have it. Will the rapture happen on May 13 next year (which also happens to be my 58th birthday)? Maybe, but as I always say in these videos, any discussion of rapture dates is not prophecy or prediction, it is just speculation.
