2023年6月、ユタ州で発生した銃撃事件の記録映像です。
保護命令に違反して元妻のアパート敷地内に現れ、立ち退きを拒否して脅迫行為を行ったサイモントン。警察が到着すると、サイモントンは銃を取り出し、警察官に発砲。複数の警察官との銃撃戦となりました。
サイモントンには過去のDV前科と2つの保護命令があり、現場からは45口径のリボルバーが発見されました。
