This was a huge project undertaken for a large chunk of last year X3 The goal: to create an epic orchestral version of The Lyde Octave's song "Ever-Blossom" in time for his birthday. I commissioned the help of a whole wack of talented musicians such as Frozen Night, Kirya, Fire Frets, Koron Korak, and Jastrian... and we managed to just barely make it before the deadline! What a journey, haha~

Lyde has inspired me so so so much over the years. He was one of the first musicians I ever really got to know well in the Youtube music community back in 2013-2014, and has remained a close friend ever since. I hope this little gift helps express my gratitude for the last 8 years.

Happy birthday Lyde! Or as I prefer to say, as per our friendship's tradition:
