Walk with me while I learn and grow. Getting outside is very important for your mental health. The sounds and sights of nature releases dopamine to the brain. It really brings you to a calm state. Not only is it good for your mental state it is also good for your physical as well.
In this epeiosde of ON Purpose with Jay Shetty, there were some powerful takeaways with feeling like an imposter. Some of the things I took away from this was to surround your self with people who are where you want to be in life. You may feel like an imposter in that moment but having these figures around you will motivate you to work harder for the things you want.
I also really liked when they touched on chemistry and character. When in a relationship with someone, either romantic or just a friend. You need to weigh character over chemistry. Chemistry with that person will eventually fade but if you enjoy that persons charactrer and who they really are as a person, the relationship will last a lot longer. You will form a stronger bond with characer rather than solely relying on chemistry with that person.
