 Stewie is caninoically ~1 in episode 1 he theoretically shouldn’t know words let alone know what any of the words mean let alone get the references right in his head. How would he know who jessica chastain is? How would he perfectly visualize her? What about carrot top? He pictured him PERFECTLY. Little kids always add a twist to things in their mind when they hear it, and theoretically he shouldn’t be able to perfectly visualize what they look like just from Peter, Lois and his grandpa saying their names. 

 
Lets take this example from the “chap stewie” episode. Stewie hates his current family, so he breaks Peter and Lois up in the past. He then vanishes as he now no longer exists. His soul got carried into another body, however, and he is now british. The second the first scene of his new dad showing him around happens, everyone can understand him perfectly. Aswell as this, the single episode disproves the stewie pov theory, let me explain…

Stewie gains a real british accent, something he has not seen or heard before. He also can talk with the entire family. Near the middle of the episode, not only does stewie have a time machine but his new dad achknowledged it. His new dad dies while stewie escapes in his new time machine and goes back in time to get lois and peter together. British stewie has a bit where he talks to normal stewie before normal stewie becomes british stewie, and normal stewie asks if british stewie talks differently. British stewie said he just spells stuff differently and spells color like “colour” to prove it. A baby would NOT know about british pronunciation or maybe even normal pronunciation…

When stewie builds a time machine, he grabs plutonium and other materials, aswell as does complex calculus expressions and puts into account gravity. A baby would at most know about an element or two. And what about when the cosmic background of the universe matched stewies time machine? Stewie shouldn’t know about either of those things. This is why the stewie is god theory is better. He created the universe and also created his bloodline when bertrum killed a long lost ancestor only stewie and not bertrum has, Leonardo Da Vinci. Stewie shouldn’t know about him and most certainly not know about his airplane models which stewie and bertrum use in a chase. When stewie continues his bloodline doing you know what he then writes a message to the vatican to bring to his normal families house in ~500 years and puts himself into cryosleep. A baby wouldn’t even know what these words sound like or look like yet alone knowing exactly what they are. And he CERTAINLY shouldn’t know what s** is.

My theory is that all of this theory is infact WRONG and family guy ISN’T FROM HIS POV.
