at long last, i'm uploading..
my anxiety has been through the roof. august was a difficult month, september started with a switch of places and circumstances with a new internship and the pressure of the start of senior year. things haven't felt great mentally, and the longer this video went without publishing the more i tried to convince myself that it was too late for it, or it wasn't good enough, even after being completely edited and spending hours and hours on it. truly, my mental space has been in the gutter, but here it is finally! .-. i hope it's inspirational, motivational for viewers and anyone going through their academics the best they can!

i have so many videos that are stacked on my folders - desk makeover, reading vlog, study with me, start of uni - just waiting to be finished and uploaded, and i hope i can make them happen in a row so i can start editing and posting in real-time. it always makes me feel so much better, talking to you! i just want to feel better in general haha.. miss anxiety needs to take a little holiday and let me sleep properly :'D

the wave of support in the last two videos has been incredible and i feel so unworthy of it, so thank you the utmost for being here in this corner of mine, i don't know what i did to deserve your love, but thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart. i appreciate you and think of you every single day, and i wish i didn't have to take breaks so frequently lately and could function like usual. i really want to get better and i hope i'm getting more in a routine now! i will update you like always, if not here, on my Instagram, which you can find below, i'm trying to keep active and update there, especially if i'm gone from here.

as of right now, i'm interning in general surgery rotation, and it's been an adaptation to say the least. it's been fun, but i'm away from lisbon for these 8 weeks, and it's where my heart lies. i miss the movement, i miss my study spots, i miss the coffee shops.
more updates: i've officially become a licensed driver!! :)) after fitting it into my schedule somehow for the last two years. having a driver's license is a step that proves immensely useful to any suburbian, since everything is always a 15 min drive away with no proper public transportation, so i feel really relieved!
i've been reading really good books :))) and lately started to watch the new lord of the rings show! it's really cozy to look at.
i'm longing for colder days and the arrival of the coziest months of the year.
