Did you know that most people only have about 3-5 hours of focused time a day in them? ⏰

The time of day when your focus is at its peak is called your “Green Zone”.🟢 (For most of us, that’s in the morning, about an hour or 2 after waking.) ☀️

The time of day when your focus starts to fade is your “Yellow Zone”, and the point when your brain starts to feel like it’s melting is your “Red Zone”.

Identify your own Green Zone and then schedule your most important work during those hours—writing, creating content, working on a new product, client sessions, etc. Then, schedule all the less important tasks that still have to get done but aren’t directly tied to moving your business forward in your Yellow Zone, trying to save the Red Zone for rest and recharging.

Taking advantage of your Green Zone will boost your productivity, waste less time, and work with your body’s natural rhythms. 😎
