The Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) is a powerful tradition that unites law enforcement officers from around the world to raise awareness and funds for Special Olympics. This symbolic relay brings together officers, athletes, and community members in support of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The run culminates at the Special Olympics Summer Games, where the final torchbearer lights the cauldron to officially open the games.

This year, the Marana Police Department proudly partnered with the Oro Valley Police Department to help make this event a success. Through T-shirt sales, MPD raised $6,805—all donated directly to Special Olympics Arizona.
