hope you're well.

in real-time, there's only one exam left. in this video, however, i'm only approaching the second one. you'll see me dedicate most of my time for microbiology in this video. i was too stressed for the past couple weeks to leave the house. my mental health has been a rollercoaster! i will talk more in the upcoming videos so right now, i'll just say i'm happy finals are nearly done.

by now i'm sick of studying at my desk and just want to study outside! 🎢 but i hope it does come across in the video how i took breaks to go out with my mom, watch tv episodes, read. a bit of relaxation everyday so i don't lose my mind. however, i stopped going to the gym entirely for a good week and that i regret because keeping my body moving carries such an important weight for my energy and mental health.

i've missed uploading!!! almost three weeks??? i've kept filming but been the busiest bee just completely drowning in readings. 🐝 excited to talk to you again. how are you? i hope you enjoy this one and that you are taking care of yourself.
for me, january was a difficult month mentally. but it can only look up! it's in our own strength and support from others that we can grow. stay healthy peeps. i'll see you very very soon.🌱🍵
