Fig Tree Generation Rapture - Are We Nearly There?

We have been waiting for nearly 2000 years for the rapture - and for 74 years and 4 months since Israel became a nation in 1948. So is it possible that the rapture could happen on Rosh Hashanah, or even before then, as some are saying?

Some significant events have happened in the world in the last week. Queen Elizabeth, who was the monarch of the United Kingdom as well as the British Commonwealth for 70 years and 7 months, passed away on September 8. Then in the last week, Ukraine started to turn the tide against Russia in the war that started on February 24 this year. The latest news I heard is that many Russian troops have retreated back over the border from where they came.

My thoughts about these events, is that Britain has been a key supporter of Ukraine in their war, and I understand that the British Army was even training Ukrainian soldiers in tactics to fight the war, which seems to have resulted in success. So it's possible that with a new king on the throne in England, as well as a new prime minister, Liz Truss having been sworn in as PM on September 6, exactly 70 years and 7 months after Queen Elizabeth took the throne, and 2 days before she passed away, there will be even more support for Ukraine from Britain in the days ahead.

The thought I had too, is that if Russia believes that they are about to lose their naval base in Crimea, they might load all their ships up with troops and send all their ships south across the Black Sea and through the Turkish straits to Syria. They still have access to the bridge that crosses over from Crimea into Russian territory, so would be able to do this.

All of this is speculation of course, as we don't know from day to day what will happen, but we continue to watch and wait for our Saviour's return in the skies as we believe that the time is near, for those of us who have been watching and following the signs.
