Quick Capsicum Sabji

, Flavorful, Fantastic Capsicum Sabji!

Ingredients:
• 2 Capsicums (sliced)
• 2 Onions (sliced)
• 3 tsp Peanut Powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric
• 1 tsp Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Coriander Powder
• 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
• 1 Green Chili (sliced)
• 1/2 cup Yogurt
• Coriander Leaves

Steps:
1. Mix capsicum, onion, spices, peanut powder, and salt.
2. Heat oil, splutter cumin seeds, add garlic and chili.
3. Add the mix, roast for 2-3 minutes.
4. Turn off heat, mix in yogurt. Turn the flame back on, cover the pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sabji is tender.
5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
