We've all heard it. That fun little drum machine opening of Blondie's mega-hit 'Heart of Glass'. I was working on a remix and thought it would be a fun experiment to try to re-create the iconic loop myself inside Cubase.

In Native Instruments 'Battery' drum machine, there's a kit cleverly re-titled 'See our 7T8 Kit' which contains the original samples from the Roland CR-78 Drum Machine used on the original recording. I re-tuned each sample, as the track I was working on was in a different key than Heart of Glass and adjusted the volumes, then programmed the rhythm for you to enjoy!
