A man accused of leading police on a dangerous chase through Bozeman appeared in Gallatin County Justice Court on Wednesday.

Miguel Aldava faces multiple felony charges, including criminal endangerment, fleeing from a peace officer, bodily injury with a weapon and four counts of assault with a weapon.

Court documents say the incident started Tuesday when Aldava was tailgating another driver, tried to illegally pass, and waved a machete out the window.
