Candidates will have a valid question asking, What is a Behavioural Interview? To answer them, it’s the type of interview wherein, as the name suggests, the interview panel focuses more on knowing more about the behavioral aspect of any candidate. This is more in relation to how you faced and resolved any typical work-related situations, or something that you worked on while at a volunteer center, or while working for your university assignments.

1) Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult colleague. How did you handle the situation?
2) Can you share an example of a challenging project or task you worked on? How did you approach it and what was the outcome?
3) Describe a situation where you had to make a tough decision. How did you gather information and what factors did you consider?
4) Tell me about a time when you faced a setback or failure. How did you handle it and what did you learn from the experience?
5) Can you give an example of a time when you had to work under pressure or meet tight deadlines? How did you manage the situation?
6) Describe a situation where you had to resolve a conflict. What steps did you take to reach a resolution?
7) Tell me about a time when you had to adapt to a major change. How did you handle the transition?
8) Can you share an example of a time when you demonstrated leadership skills or took initiative in a project or task?
9) Describe a situation where you had to prioritize multiple tasks or projects with competing deadlines. How did you manage your time and ensure completion?
10) Tell me about a time when you had to provide excellent customer service or handle a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation and what was the outcome?
