This Quick Tipp explains how you set up the initial display resolution on your virtual machine when using libvirt / Virtual Machine Manager.

No need to adjust the GRUB bootloader anymore, at least not for graphical UIs. The proper resolution is reported from the very start - which helps when dealing with Live ISO's or the likes… :-)
