Ingredients for cottage cheese and whey:
1 liter milk
half a lemon
200g yogurt
1 tbsp sugar
Igredients for liquid dough:
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1tsp cooking oil
130g flour
Step by step:
Mix milk, lemon juice and yogurt.
Cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, the curd will separate from the whey.
Use a spoon to scoop out the curd.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir.
Add the egg, sugar, vegetable oil and flour to the whey.
Stir until smooth.
Turn the stove on to medium-low heat.
Grease a skillet with butter.
Pour the batter into the skillet and cook for about 1 minute.
Flip and cook for about 30 seconds more.
