When you talk about Hakodate, "Chinese Chicken Burger" would be one of the best foods besides Seafoods like Squid. Very simple humburger, with big fried chicken, lettuce and mayonnaise. Chicken is soaked in with sweet and spice sauce, and the sourness of mayonnaise gives great contrast. You can also get Fried chickens only and original great mayonnaise too. This is one of my best humburger of all time.
