Founded with a rebellious spirit and a proud objective to offer a better life via better education, Tzedakah Funds and itinere Cloud believes that a one-size-fits all education should no longer be the norm. itinere Cloud believes we should tailor education to the environment so that every child is given the opportunity to develop adequately. We approach the educational transformation in 3 distinctive ways:
Make education accessible for all by meeting students and parents were they are. In some case this means helping a community build a school where there was none. In others, it is reaching out to parents to make sure their kids are enrolled and providing them adequate transportation to and from school.
Improve education for all. As is the norm to teach students to pass exams, we challenge that norm by introducing collaboration, team work, and critical thinking tools such as G-suite and STEM kits (little bits, Robotics). We partner with school and help them transform using the SAMR model.
Adult illiteracy is a problem that is prevalent in Africa more than other continents. We must enable adults to learn the minimal necessary skills for survival in metropolitan cities they often now call home.
