Local law enforcement and volunteers are hitting the ground running, to help raise funds for Special Olympics athletes through the Montana Law Enforcement Torch Run.

The torch run started in Three Forks Tuesday, passed through Manhattan, Belgrade and finished in Bozeman.

The Belgrade police chief said this event is a great way for the agency to show support and help raise as much money for the athletes.
