In the midst of Bandar Utama, there is a kampung setting within. Then there is also this new development in the center of it called 121 Residences. At the same time, it's the latest building that's gonna be walking distance to the brand new LRT 3 station that will be ready this Sep 2025.

Personally I do think that this is a very underrated investment product because the amount of job opportunities around are just in abundance. This project also stands out in terms of facilities provided. However, buyers will need to accept that the infrastructure might be less developed. Roads are narrow and dark at night. Then it will feel messy due to the lack of town planing activities for the kampung houses.

But I'm envious for those who invested. What a great investment product:)
