These muscles consists of four parts of muscles, (front and back, eight in total) so it has the most muscle content compared to other parts of our body. If you think about why we have a lot of muscles on our thighs, we can guess that our thighs are related to lots of daily movements like walking and standing, many leg involving movements. So it's more important to loosen up your thigh muscle and deswelling them than toning out the line. So today, we prepared this stretching video to loosen up the front and back thigh muscles, deswelling your thighs and help your body blood circulation.
