The jury is back today as we finish the direct and cross examinations of Trooper Nicholas Guarino, the doppelganger of former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan who handled the cell phone extractions for the Commonwealth. We've been told that after Trooper Guarino, the Commonwealth will call the medical examiner, Dr. Irini Scordi-Bello, and will then rest, so there's a good chance we'll also begin to hear the details about John's injuries, the time and cause of his death, and perhaps why the manner of death was found to be undetermined despite the lobbying efforts of Trooper Proctor and Sgt. Bukhenik revealed in Trooper Proctor's text messages.
